Begin with the evaluation questions
Write down what your organization needs to establish before procurement. Identify the product, target specification, requested quantity and intended project context, then list the records needed to answer those questions.
Request a product-specific document set
Relevant requests may include a COA, HPLC or MS records, an SDS and storage information. State any internal review requirements in the inquiry. Document availability and the applicable product and batch are confirmed during project review.
Check the reference details together
When documents are available, review the product name, batch reference, issuer, method and stated scope together. Clarify missing information before treating a record as part of the agreed supply package.
